এ এম এম বাহাউদ্দীন : সমস্ত ক্ষমতার মালিক একমাত্র আল্লাহ। এ সত্যটি তিনি মহানবী সা. কে সম্বোধন করে গোটা মানবজাতিকে বলে দিয়েছেন এ ভাষায়, ‘হে নবী আপনি বলুন, হে আল্লাহ, ক্ষমতা ও সাম্রাজ্যের মালিক যাকে ইচ্ছা আপনি ক্ষমতা ও রাজত্ব দান করেন, যার কাছ থেকে ইচ্ছা ক্ষমতা ও রাজত্ব কেড়ে নেন। যাকে ইচ্ছা সম্মানিত ও প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেন, আর যাকে ইচ্ছা অধপতিত ও অপদস্ত করেন। যাবতীয় কল্যাণ আপনারই হাতে। সবকিছুর উপর আপনিই ক্ষমতাবান।’ (আল-কোরআন, সূরা আলে ইমরান-২৬) মুসলমান মাত্রই এ সত্যটি বিশ্বাস করে থাকেন। সউদী সময় অনুযায়ী ২৭ রমজান কদরের রাতে এ মহাসত্যটির এক জীবন্ত নমুনা বিশ্ববাসী প্রত্যক্ষ করল। বাস্তবরূপে ফুটে উঠল পবিত্র কোরআনে বর্ণিত মহান আল্লাহর ক্ষমতা ও রাজত্ব দান সম্পর্কিত এ অমোঘ বাণী। সবে ৩০ বছর পার হওয়া সউদী প্রিন্স মুহাম্মদ বিন সালমান ধারণাতীত দ্রæত যুবরাজের আসন লাভ করলেন। সবকিছু ঠিকঠাক থাকলে তিনিই পরবর্তী সউদী বাদশাহর পদও অলঙ্কৃত করবেন। সাবেক যুবরাজ মুহাম্মদ বিন নায়েফ পদচ্যুত হয়ে এখন একজন সাধারণ প্রিন্স মাত্র। অথচ তিনি ছিলেন আমেরিকায় পড়াশোনা করা একজন দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ ব্যক্তি। সউদী আরবের উপ প্রধানমন্ত্রী স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী ও বাদশাহ সালমানের ক্রাউন প্রিন্স। এক সময় নিজে উগ্রবাদীদের দ্বারা আক্রান্ত হয়ে তাদের দমনে কঠোর পদক্ষেপ নেন তিনি। কাউন্টার টেররিজমে তার ভূমিকা মার্কিনীদের দ্বারাও প্রশংসিত হয়। কিন্তু তার ভাগ্য প্রসন্ন ছিল না। তিনি বাদশাহী পেলেন না। এ আসনটি লেখা হয়ে গেল তার ডেপুটি মুহাম্মদ বিন সালমানের ভাগ্যে। এটাই আল্লাহর সর্বময় ক্ষমতার নিদর্শন।
বর্তমান সময়ের অন্যতম পরাশক্তি ও বাহ্যিক দৃষ্টিতে বিশাল সক্ষমতার অধিকারী মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের নতুন প্রেসিডেন্ট ও অন্যান্য ক্ষমতা কেন্দ্রগুলো সউদী আরবের জন্য মুহাম্মদ বিন সালমানকেই যোগ্য নেতা হিসাবে স্বীকৃতি দিয়েছে বলে বোঝা যায়। বিন সালমানের এ নিযুক্তির আগেই ২০১৭-এর মার্চে প্রেসিডেন্ট ট্্রাম্পের নির্বাচিত হওয়ার ৩ মাসের মাথায় তার যুক্তরাষ্ট্র সফরের সময় মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট ও তার নিকটবর্তী লোকেরা সউদী ক্রাউন প্রিন্সের জন্য যে সম্মানজনক অভ্যর্থনা ও নানা আয়োজন করেছিলেন সেটাও নজিরবিহীন। সম্পূর্ণ সউদী ধাঁচে গড়া ও সউদী আরবের ভেতরেই শিক্ষাজীবন সমাপ্তকারী এই যুবরাজ ভাগ্যক্রমেই এত বড় সম্মান ও উচ্চপদ লাভ করেছেন। আল্লাহর ফয়সালা ছাড়া কিছুই হয় না।
প্রিন্স মুহাম্মদের আমেরিকা সফরের সময় মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট ডোনাল্ড জে ট্্রাম্প তার সাথে ওভাল অফিসে বৈঠক ও অফিসিয়াল লাঞ্চ করেন যা একটি নজিরবিহীন ঘটনা, এরপর মার্কিন প্রতিরক্ষামন্ত্রী অ্যাস্টন বি কার্টার বিন সালমানের সাথে পেন্টাগনে দীর্ঘ ৪ ঘণ্টার একান্ত বৈঠক করেন। মার্কিন পররাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী জিম মেটিসের সাথেও তার বৈঠক হয়। এর আগে জন কেরির সউদী আরব ভ্রমণের সময় প্রিন্স মুহাম্মদ তার সম্মানে এক সান্ধ্য পার্টি দেন, যা ছিল পবিত্র রমজান মাসে ইফতার আয়োজনের স্থলাভিষিক্ত। এটিও দেয়া হয়, সদ্যকেনা রাশিয়ান এক ধনকুবেরের বিলাসবহুল প্রমোদতরীতে। অথচ তখন মুহাম্মদ বিন সালমান ক্রাউন প্রিন্স নন। প্রেসিডেন্টের জামাতা ও উপদেষ্টা কুশনার এবং প্রেসিডেন্টতনয়া ইভাংকা দম্পত্তি বিন সালমানকে তাদের বাসায় নৈশভোজে নিমন্ত্রিত করেন, যা মার্কিন সমাজে এক ব্যতিক্রমী ঘটনা। ব্যক্তিগত ও পারিবারিক ঘনিষ্ঠ ছাড়া তারা কোন অতিথিকে সহজে বাসায় ডাকেন না। বিন সালমানের সাথে তাদের গভীর সম্পর্কের রাজনৈতিক বা ক‚টনৈতিক বিশ্লেষণ যাই হোক সউদী ভবিষ্যত নেতার সাথে বৃহৎ পরাশক্তির এ ঘনিষ্ঠতার ইতিবাচক দিকগুলোও সমানভাবে বিবেচনার দাবি রাখে। বিশেষ করে মার্কিনীদের সাথে বিন সালমানের রেকর্ড সম্পর্ক অবশ্য সেটি ব্যক্তিগত পর্যায়ে সীমাবদ্ধ না থেকে সরকার বা রাষ্ট্র পর্যায়ে সুদৃঢ় হওয়া বেশি টেকসই ও ফলপ্রসূ হতে পারে।
মুসলিম বিশ্বের নেতৃত্ব দানকারী রাষ্ট্র হিসাবে সউদী আরবের যে ভূমিকা উম্মাহ আশা করে তার প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা রেখেই সউদী আরবকে প্রতিটি নতুন সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে। কেননা, ইসলামের পবিত্র ভূমিতে দুই মহান মসজিদের খেদমতগার হিসাবে সে রাষ্ট্রটির মর্যাদা ও দায়িত্ব অতুলনীয়। এর প্রতিশ্রæত নতুন শাসক হিসাবে প্রিন্স মুহাম্মদ বিশ্বসেরা শক্তির সাথে যে গভীর সম্পর্ক তৈরি করতে সক্ষম হয়েছেন তা আগামী দিনের কৌশলগত রাজনীতির জন্য বিশেষ ফলপ্রসু হতে পারে। প্রিন্স মুহাম্মদ ডেপুটি ক্রাউন প্রিন্স ও প্রতিরক্ষামন্ত্রী হিসাবে অতীতে যে দক্ষতা দেখিয়েছেন তাতে সউদী আরবের তরুণ প্রজন্ম তার প্রতি ঝুঁকে পড়েছে এবং এটাই স্বাভাবিক। কারণ, বর্তমানে সউদী আরবের ৭৫% নাগরিক তরুণ, যাদের বয়স ৩০-এর নীচে। শাসকদের বয়স গড়ে ৮০ থেকে ৯০। তিন প্রজন্ম ধরেই যা বাদশাহদের থেকে শুরু করে সিনিয়র প্রিন্সদের আধুনিক প্রজন্মের সাথে অ্যাডজাস্ট করার পথে বাধা হয়ে ছিল। পাশাপাশি দেশটির একদেশদর্শী ধর্মীয় নেতৃত্ব অনেক ক্ষেত্রে আধুনিক সময়ের নির্দোষ চাহিদা পূরণের পথেও বাধা হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন স্থানে কোটি কোটি মুসলমানের প্রতি স্বাভাবিক দায়িত্ব পালনের ক্ষেত্রেও এ ধর্মীয় সংকীর্ণ মতাদর্শ ছিল বড় অন্তরায়। মোট কথা, তরুণদের মাঝে প্রাণের সঞ্চার আর ধর্মীয় দিকনির্দেশনায় সম্ভাব্য ও জরুরি উদারতা। প্রিন্স মুহাম্মদের এগিয়ে যাওয়া এ দুটি বিষয়কেই উৎসাহিত করবে।
এছাড়া দৃশ্যমান যেসব উদ্যোগ প্রিন্স মুহাম্মদকে পাদপ্রদীপের আলোয় টেনে এনেছে তার মধ্যে ভিশন ২০৩০ অন্যতম। সউদী আরবের তেলনির্ভর অর্থনীতিকে বাণিজ্য ও উৎপাদনের দিকে নিয়ে যাওয়া, ভবিষ্যত সমৃদ্ধির জন্য টেকসই বিনিয়োগ এবং এ লক্ষে ৩ ট্রিলিয়ন মার্কিন ডলারের একটি ফাÐ গড়ে তোলা। এরমধ্যে দুনিয়ার শক্তিশালী রাষ্ট্র ও নেতাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ, ক‚টনৈতিক আদান প্রদান, ইসরাঈলের সাথে বাস্তবভিত্তিক ক‚টনৈতিক পরিবেশ তৈরি ও উস্কানিমূলক পরিস্থিতি এড়িয়ে যাওয়ার চেষ্টা, আরব বিশ্বে উগ্র শিয়াতান্ত্রিক তৎপরতা রোধ ইত্যাদি বিষয় তার ভূমিকাকে উজ্জ¦লতা দেয়। যথেষ্ট চিন্তাভাবনা ও আঞ্চলিক সংহতি তৈরি ছাড়া ইয়েমেন যুদ্ধের সূচনা প্রিন্স মুহাম্মদের ব্যাপারে মিশ্র মূল্যায়নের সুযোগ এনে দেয়। সউদী আরবের অভ্যন্তরে জাতীয় সংহতি ও প্রতিরক্ষা চেতনা শাণিত হয়। একটি যুদ্ধ অভিজ্ঞতা ও কর্মচাঞ্চল্য সউদী সশস্ত্রবাহিনীর জন্যও ইতিবাচক বলা চলে। কিন্তুু ইয়েমেনের হুতিদের শক্তি সম্পর্কে পূর্ণ ধারণার অভাব ও নেপথ্যে থাকা শিয়া বড় শক্তির সহায়তা যুদ্ধটিকে দীর্ঘ করে। ক্ষয়ক্ষতির পরিমাণও ধারণাতীতভাবে বাড়ছে। বিশেষ করে বেসামরিক ইয়েমেনে নাগরিকদের জানমালের ব্যাপক ক্ষতি এবং ঈমান ও আমলের প্রাচীন ভাবকেন্দ্র ইয়েমেনকে ধ্বংস, রোগব্যাধি, দুর্ভিক্ষ ব্যাপকভাবে ঘিরে ধরেছে। যা ইসলামী জগতের জন্য একটি উল্লেখযোগ্য দুঃসহ পরিস্থিতি। যার যৌক্তিক পরিণতি দ্রæতায়িত করা জরুরি। অবশ্য যুদ্ধবিধ্বস্ত ইয়েমেনের কলেরা পরিস্থিতির উন্নয়নের জন্য যুবরাজ মুহাম্মদের ৬৬ মিলিয়নেরও বেশি ডলার বরাদ্দ থেকে মুসলিম বিশ্ব একটি ভাল বার্তা পেয়ে গেছে। অন্যান্য মানবিক সহায়তা কার্যক্রমে তার বহু বিলিয়ন ডলার ব্যয়ও তার সম্পর্কে মানুষকে ইতিবাচক ধারণার প্রতি অনুপ্রাণিত করছে। তাছাড়া, অভিভাবক ও ক্যারেশমেটিক নেতৃত্বহারা সুন্নী আরব বিশ্ব বিগত দিনের শিয়া নৃশংসতা প্রত্যক্ষ করে বর্তমানে বেশ সচকিত। ইরাক যুদ্ধে, সিরিয়ায়, আইএস সংকটে সুন্নীদের প্রতি উগ্রশিয়াদের আচরণ আরব বিশ্বকে নতুন মেরুকরনের দিকে ঠেলে দেয়। বারাক ওবামার সময় জন কেরি যেমন ইরানকে অগ্রাধিকার দিয়ে মধ্যপ্রাচ্য নীতি ও ভিন্ন দিকে ঘুরিয়ে দিতে চেয়েছেন ঠিক সমান গতিতেই ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প প্রশাসন সউদী আরবকে প্রাধান্য দিয়ে মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে ভারসাম্য ফিরিয়ে এনেছে।
মিসর, সউদী আরব, আমিরাত, কুয়েত, বাহরাইন ইত্যাদি ঐক্যবদ্ধ হয়ে বর্তমানে ইরানপন্থী চিন্তাধারার মোকাবেলা করতে চাইছে। বিশ্লেষকদের মতে এসব দেশ ইসরাঈলের তুলনায় ইরানের হুমকিকে বেশি নিকটবর্তী ও প্রত্যক্ষ ক্ষতিকর বলে মনে করে থাকে। যার নজির তারা ইরাক সিরিয়া ইয়েমেন ইত্যাদিতে দেখতে পাচ্ছে। যার একটি প্রতিক্রিয়া আজকের কাতার সংকট। একই বলয়ভুক্ত সুন্নী আরব দেশ কাতারকে কৌশলগত কারণে দূরে ঠেলে দিলেও তাকে ধ্বংস ও ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করার পথ সঠিক নয়। আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সব বিষয়ের সুরাহা বাঞ্ছনীয়। তুরস্ক পাকিস্তান বাংলাদেশের ভূমিকা মধ্যস্ততার হওয়া উচিত। পরিবর্তিত বিশ্বপরিস্থিতিতে উদীয়মান শক্তি ও বৃহৎ শক্তির নানামাত্রিক হিসাব নিকাশ গভীর মনযোগ বুদ্ধিমত্তা ও দূরদৃষ্টির দাবি রাখে। এ কাজগুলো অভিজ্ঞতা জ্ঞান ঐতিহ্য ও সমন্বয়বাদী ভাবনা ব্যবহার করে উত্তমরূপে সম্পাদন করাই সফল নেতৃত্বের পূর্বশর্ত। যেটি যুবরাজ মুহাম্মদের মাঝে যথেষ্ট পরিমাণে আছে, যদিও পশ্চিমা মিডিয়া তাকে ‘অতি উদ্দীপ্ত’ ‘অনভিজ্ঞ’ ইত্যাদি অভিধায় ডাকে। নিজের তারুণ্যকে যদি তিনি অভিজ্ঞদের অর্জনের দ্বারা সমৃদ্ধ করতে পারেন, যদি জ্ঞান প্রজ্ঞা আদর্শ ও মূল্যবোধের পতাকা সমুন্নত রাখতে পারেন তাহলে ৮৭ বছরের এই সাম্রাজ্য, নেতৃত্ব ও ঐতিহ্য তার হাতে সমৃদ্ধ এবং সংহত হবে। মুসলিম উম্মাহ ও মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের জন্য এখন পর্যন্ত যার কোন বিকল্প নেই।
যে কোন ভূরাজনৈতিক ও সামরিক প্রভাবের ক্ষতি থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত আত্মরক্ষা সম্ভব হলেও আদর্শ ও সংস্কৃতির প্রভাব একটি জাতিকে স্থায়ীভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করে। বুদ্ধিস্ট দক্ষিণকোরিয়া ও কমিউনিস্ট চীনসহ, দক্ষিণপূর্ব এশিয়ার বহু দেশে এখন খ্রিস্টবাদ ব্যাপক আদর্শ হয়ে দেখা দিয়েছে। মিসর জর্দান আমিরাত ও কাতারে কোন কোন কথিত অভিজাত এলাকা দেখে বোঝা উপায় নেই যে এটি একটি সুন্নী আরব মুসলিম অধিবাস। সাংস্কৃতিক দিক থেকে এসব পশ্চিমা জগৎ থেকে মোটেও আলাদা নয়। মুসলিম বিশ্বের নেতৃস্থানীয় দেশ ও ইসলামের উৎসভূমি হিসাবে সউদী আরবকে পশ্চিমাদের সাথে ক‚টনৈতিক সকল সমঝোতা ও কৌশলগত সামরিক মিত্রতা সত্তে¡ও নিজ আদর্শ ও সংস্কৃতির বৈশিষ্ট ১০০ ভাগ সমুজ্জ্বল রাখতে হবে। হজ ও ওমরার নিরাপদ শান্তিপূর্ণ ব্যবস্থাপনা থেকে শুরু করে পবিত্র হারামাইনের আধ্যাত্মিক উচ্চতার পূর্ণ হেফাজত এখন যুবরাজ মুহাম্মদের উপর পবিত্র আমানত হিসাবে আসছে। তাছাড়া মক্কা-মদীনাসহ সউদী ভূখÐের ঐতিহাসিক প্রতিটি স্থান ও জনপদের পূর্ণাঙ্গ ধর্মীয় বৈশিষ্ট্য ও মর্যাদার সুরক্ষা তার প্রধান দায়িত্ব। ধর্মীয় বিষয়েও বিচ্ছিন্ন মতাদর্শকে প্রশয় না দিয়ে সাড়ে চোদ্দশ’ বছরের অনুসৃত স্বতসিদ্ধ সুন্নাহর পথকেই মুসলিম উম্মাহর ঐক্যের রূপরেখা হিসাবে অবলম্বন করতে হবে। যেন গ্রহণযোগ্য সকল মত ও পথের অনুসারীরাই সউদী আরবকে তাদের ধর্মীয় উৎস ও পবিত্র কেন্দ্ররূপে সন্তুষ্টচিত্তে বরণ করে নিতে পারে। ধর্মীয় ক্ষেত্রে উগ্রতা ও বিচ্ছিন্ন ভাবধারাকে প্রতিহত করতে হবে। এ পথেই তিনি অভ্যন্তরীণ বিরোধ ও সংকট কাটিয়ে উঠতে সক্ষম হবেন। শঙ্কার সব দিক তখন ধীরে ধীরে কেটে যাবে।
তার ভাষায় তেলে আসক্ত সউদী জাতিকে ব্যবসা বিনিয়োগ ও উৎপাদনে আকৃষ্ট করার যে ভিশন তিনি পেশ করেছেন এর পাশাপাশি তাকে বিশ্বরাজনীতির দাবাখেলায়ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ স্থানে আসন করে নিতে হবে। দেশীয় ও আঞ্চলিক নিরাপত্তার পাশাপাশি তাকে মুসলিম বিশ্বের ধর্মীয় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ রাষ্ট্র হওয়ার ফলে তার উপর আরোপিত দায়িত্ব উত্তম রূপে পালন করতে হবে। ১৬০ কোটি মুসলমানের সুখ দুঃখ বিবেচনায় রেখে নিজ সক্ষমতাকে সর্বোচ্চ ব্যবহার করতে হবে। বিশেষ করে বাংলাদেশ, তুরস্ক, ভারত, পাকিস্তান, ইন্দোনেশিয়া, মালয়েশিয়া ও মধ্য এশিয়ার মুসলমানদের বিষয়ে বন্ধু ও অভিভাবকের মত ভাবতে হবে। বাংলাদেশের ১৫ কোটি মুসলমানকে মমতা, সহায়তা ও সহমর্মিতার মধ্যদিয়ে নিজের ভক্ত সমর্থকে পরিণত করতে পারলে তার নৈতিক অবস্থান সুদৃঢ় হওয়ার সাথে সাথে প্রয়োজনের সময় সব ধরনের সহযোগিতা লাভের সুযোগ অবারিত থাকবে। আরব ও মুসলিম জাহানের সাথে সাথে গোটা বিশ্বের আর্তমানবতার জন্যও তার নীতি ও বদান্যতা হতে হবে ইতিহাসের সেরা শাসকদের মত। শঙ্কার তুলনায় সম্ভাবনার পাল্লা ভারী হতে তখন আর বেশী সময় লাগবে না।

Every Muslim believes in this fact. The world has watched the great truth in reality on the night of Qadr (Lailatul Qadr) on the 27th Ramadan in the 1438 Hijri Era when this unmistakable message of bestowing powers and kingdoms by the Almighty Allah that described in the Holy Quran actually come into true. Saudi Prince Muhammad bin Salman, just cross the age of 30, was unexpectedly crowned sharply as the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. Born and brought up amid Saudi mannerism and completed his education life in his home land, the new Crown Prince has got so high an honor and rank as a gift of Allah. Nothing happens without the judgment of Allah.
During Prince Muhammad’s visit to America, US President Donald J Trump had a meeting and official luncheon at the Oval Office which was unprecedented. After the presidential meeting US Defense Secretary Aston B Carter had an exclusive meeting with Bin Salman at Pentagon for long 4 hours. He had also a meeting with the US Foreign Minister Jim Metes. Before this Prince Muhammad, during the visit of John Kerry, arranged an Evening Party in his honor, which had coincidedwith the Iftar Party and it was arranged in a Yacht newly purchased from a Russian tycoon. But Muhammad Bin Salman was then simply a prince, not a Crown Prince. President Trump’s son-in-law and Adviser Kushner and President’s daughter Ivanka and her spouse invited Bin Salman at dinner in their house which was an exception in the American society. They do not call any guest who are not close to personally or have family ties. Whatever may be the political and diplomatic analysis of their intimacy with Bin Salman, the positive aspects of this intimacy of the world super power with the future leader of Saudi Arabia demand similar importance, especially the record relations of Bin Salman with the Americans. Of course it may be sustainable and fruitful, if the relation is not restricted to only personal affairs but also expanded to the Government and State affairs.
The role, Ummah expects from Saudi Arabia as a leader of the Muslim World, would have to be respected and reflected by the Kingdom in its all new decisions. As the protector of the two Holy Mosques, the Kingdom has unparallel respect and obligations. The relationship that the Kingdom’s promised-bound future ruler Muhammad Bin Salman had been able to establish with the world famous big power might be fruitful in the future political strategy.
